The Lobster Roll Restaurant is known more simply as "Lunch," for the sign above its door. The namesake dish, a sandwich made of fresh lobster meat and mayonnaise set in a hot dog roll, is the main reason to come here. The rest of the menu offers all varieties of Long Island specialty seafood, such as New England clam chowder, seafood mac ‘n’ cheese and crab cakes, plus the fresh local catch of the day and a variety of gluten-free selections including clams casino, and the lobster roll and lobster slider on gluten-free bread. Desserts, such as the root beer float and seasonal fruit pies, are all homemade from co-owner Andrea Terry's recipes. Expect smiling, friendly faces and good food at this family-run establishment.
