Lolita draws on chef Michael Symon's Greek heritage. The menu includes pizza, pasta and a smattering of stick-to-your-ribs entrées. Pizzas are topped with lamb sausage and local feta; gnocchi sits beneath smoked pork and oven-dried tomato. Main courses include hanger steak served with a stinky smoked blue cheese, as well as 32-ounce grilled pork chops that serve two. Hanging in coolers throughout the restaurant, various sausages, salamis and whole-muscle meats cure until they're dry and flavorful. Bits and slices appear in numerous dishes, adding depth and dimension. Among the limited dessert offerings, don’t miss the dark chocolate panna cotta served with smoked cherry preserve and cocoa nib streusel.
