If you're hungry for a steak dinner with Texas pizzazz, this chain gets the job done. If it's culinary originality you seek, this isn't the place. In Lone Star's defense, however, the large, juicy steaks and bacon and blue cheese-topped burgers arrive sans pretension hot off the grill. If beef doesn't appeal, there are chicken and seafood options as well at this family-friendly chain.
