The contrast of red and black accents, mediated by grays, gives this new place a slick look. As you might guess, the restaurant specializes in noodle dishes, taken from all over Asia. For starters try a plate of overstuffed pot stickers with a tasty ground-pork filling. Alternatively, you might choose the minced chicken in lettuce cups with vegetables.
