The dining area of L’Orange is triangular-shaped, harkening back to the building’s days as a video arcade. The cuisine, however, is more European, with selections tasting of French, Italian and Mediterranean heritages. For example, some appetizers are simple yet rarely found elsewhere, like the Lola Rosa---fresh tomatoes, fresh Mozzarella and avocado, served with olive oil and basil. The Mediterranean platter features hummus, stuffed grape leaves, feta cheese, tabbouleh and falafel while Crevettes Pill Pill offers shrimp sauteéd in garlic butter, paprika and wine sauce. Entrées include standard pastas: spaghetti, fettuccine and linguine, as well as grilled grouper with a saffron sauce, Assiette de Fruit de mer (grilled shrimp, calamari and grouper, served with a rémoulade sauce) or trout amandine. There are also kabobs, chicken, beef, pork and a tasty cousous Royal---traditional Moroccan couscous served with lamb and an array of spicy mixed vegetables.
