Los Gatos Brewing Company was created by the same team that brought the now-closed A.P. Stump’s to the South Bay. In addition to the wood-fired pizzas and handcrafted microbrews, Left Coast favorites such as Australian lamb sirloin and organic king salmon are also available. Vegetarians and dieters can probably find something satisfactory on the appetizer menu, perhaps roasted beet salad. Four or five house brews are always on tap, and at least two are variations on the ever-popular lager. The full bar includes a notable wine selection.
