Los Tacos No. 1 Restaurant Review

: Started by folks from Tijuana and California, Los Tacos No. 1 in the Chelsea Market serves up corn and flour tortillas topped with carne asada (steak), chicken and nopal (grilled cactus). But the star of the show is the adobada, also known as al pastor, marinated pork sliced from a rotating spit. One bite of this juicy, flavorful meat and you’ll agree this is the number one taco in New York City. There are also quesadillas and guacamole with chips. But when the adobada is this good, why eat anything else? Wash it all down with Mexican sodas or aguas frescas.
