THIS RESTAURANT HAS CHANGED LOCATIONS Louise's Restaurant Review:
Louise Holmes' clientele cuts a wide swath through Atlanta's demographic profile. One thing unites them all: they're hungry for the classics of Southern cooking. For breakfast come for the salmon patties, the country bacon with the rind still on, the cream-enriched biscuits, the real grits, the pancakes. Still hungry? Come back for lunch, and get the ribs with her grandfather's barbecue sauce, the baked turkey wings, the mac 'n' cheese, and a side of collard greens. If that doesn't sate your appetite, polish it off with some red velvet cake for dessert, washed down with some very good coffee. All of this is served with warm smiles, genuine affection, and a hometown touch.
