There's a reason Luke's Lobster is synonymous with seafood: the ethically responsible fish shack buys directly from fishermen. It means that customers get an ocean-to-roll-type product --- a quarter pound of their choice of lobster, crab or shrimp per roll to be exact. Can't decide? The trio delivers half of each variety.
