Lunchbox Laboratory Restaurant Review:

From the “build your own” version to the chef’s special, these big burgers are made with American Kobe-style beef. Bean patties are available for the non meat eating crowd. If creating your own sandwich is too difficult --- there are seven patties and more than 30 toppers --- consider one of the pre-crafted selections, perhaps combining blue cheese, candied balsamic onions and a Gorgonzola spread; Colby jack, lunchbox onions, Anaheim green chilies and Papa’s house-made BBQ; or Swiss, bacon, lunchbox onions and black truffle mayo. Orders include a choice of crispy sweet potato fries, tater tots or unremarkable skinny fries. Cocktails, wine and beer are available but it’s hard to resist a Nutella milk shake.
