The restaurant’s name is a nod to its Las Vegas Boulevard address, and keeping with the venue's initials, all of the burger choices have tri-letter abbreviations, too. Several non-traditional options include the B.L.D. (breakfast, lunch and dinner), composed of a house-made sausage burger topped with ham, a fried egg and American cheese and served on an English muffin; the O.M.G., a duck burger with Muenster cheese, smoked ketchup, heirloom tomato, watercress and roasted duck mayo; the P.S.S. (pineapple, salmon, slaw), a soy glazed salmon patty adorned with grilled pineapple relish and sesame slaw; and the P.M.B. (portobello mushroom burger) with portobello, Gruyère and spinach. If you care to preface your burger with an appetizer, we like the “Diablo’s Huevos” --- deviled eggs with avocado and blue crab meat --- and wings with homemade Cajun buffalo, Thai or honey Dijon sauces. You can also pair any dish with a local beer. You’ll find brews from seven nearby breweries on the menu, including one brewed exclusively for the restaurant: CraftHaus Island Hopper Saison, made with mango and Australian hops. If you have room for dessert, consider the extensive lineup of milkshakes, such as the "Maple Stirrup" with bacon, a cinnamon sugar doughnut, vanilla ice cream and two crisp strips of bacon.
