The kitchen also cooks tasty breakfast and lunch dishes, where the bread is featured prominently in sandwiches and tartines. Try the side of bread with three butters to start, then move on to a hearty salad, which feature the likes of king trumpet mushrooms and pickled shallots. The pork belly Cubano is a handful of goodness with aïoli, avocado, arugula, ham and slow-roasted pork, or try the cheese toast with Cowgirl Creamery wagon wheel, market fruits, avocado and your choice of eggs with bacon.
