: Local husband-and-wife team Elizabeth Blau and Kim Canteenwalla are behind Made LV in Tivoli Village, slightly more than a mile from their Honey Salt. The modern American tavern features a menu of Canteenwalla’s inspired comfort food favorites, complemented by Blau’s healthy touch. To execute the day-to-day operations of the kitchen, the duo brought in chef Daniel Boling (The Lodge at Torrey Pines in La Jolla). Signature dishes include butcher’s style chicken wings (with choices of sriracha, Buffalo, salt & vinegar, Louisiana, garlic pepper or BBQ), lentil and chickpea hummus, a pulled barbecue pork sandwich with Carolina slaw, and roasted chicken tacos with chimichurri slaw. The bar serves a rotating selection of craft beers and handcrafted tipples featuring bourbons, whiskeys, Scotch, gins and vodkas. The 216-seat establishment has patio seating, retro arcade games and a bocce court. A weekend brunch from 10:30 a.m.-3 p.m. includes creative items such as Cap'n Crunch french toast with bacon maple syrup.
