THIS ESTABLISHMENT IS CLOSED Trained in the grand (and the humble) Creole kitchens of New Orleans---including Paul Prudhomme's---chef-owner John Silberman now trains Cantabrigians in the traditions of jambalaya, fried green tomatoes, cheese grits and the like. In season, foodies from all over town flock here for festival menus featuring crawfish or soft-shell crab, washed down with Deep South microbrews. And all around, jazz-themed murals and N'awlins memorabilia like Mardi Gras masks and beads transport them from Inman Square to Bourbon Street.
