Chef David Chang has opened Majordōmo Meat & Fish, a Vegas version of its sister establishment in Los Angeles. The new eatery is set in The Palazzo tower. While there are sure to be similarities with the L.A. location, Chang says the restaurant will be “pulling from a diverse range of food traditions and inspired by the energy of Las Vegas.”
