Mama Rabbit Mezcal + Tequila Bar at Park MGM highlights Las Vegas’ most extensive collection of mezcal and tequila, hand-selected by mezcalera Bricia Lopez. Three distinct environments include a double-sided bar serving walk-up guests, a sophisticated tavern with relaxed surroundings, and a lounge with luxe banquettes and a decorated fireplace where a lineup of entertainment takes place nightly. The bar/eatery features Oaxacan spirits with contemporary American mixology, with tableside carts, elaborate bottle presentations, a gourmet salt-rim program and an exploration of agave spirits. The food menu includes queso fundido with molten Oaxacan cheese and tortillas; a street quesadilla; aguachile with shrimp, lime and cilantro; tacos with carne asada, cotija cheese and tomato salsa; and a churro with caramel and spiced sugar.
