The Mandalay Restaurant Review:

The Mandalay’s elegant dining room is a frequent lunch choice for business people in downtown Honolulu. The menu offers traditional Chinese dishes such as Peking duck and beef with ginger and green onion, as well as a variety of seafood including lobster, crab, squid, shrimp, scallops, abalone, clams and oysters. An extensive array of dim sum is also available and while it's a bit pricier than what’s offered at some of the restaurants in Chinatown proper, the Mandalay allows the business crowd to quickly get their dumpling fix or to-go lunches before heading back to the office.
