Manko Paris by Gaston Acurio Restaurant Review:

Tucked in the basement of the Theatre des Champs-Élysées, in a former auction room, Manko is divided into three areas: the restaurant, the bar and the cabaret, the latter only open on Friday and Saturday nights. Thanks to chef Gastón Acurio, who presides over 40 establishments worldwide, the dining spot gives a nod to Peruvian cuisine. In a trendy setting clad with comfortable chairs and banquettes, finely dressed patrons are treated to well-seasoned and topnotch ingredients. Signature dishes feature ceviches and grilled meats. For a satisfying meal, try the classic ceviche (white fish cut in dices and marinated in lemon juice with coriander and onion) served with sweet potatoes, choclo and cancha, and the Black Angus flank steak with chimichurri sauce, navy beans and rice. Treat yourself to the Peruvian chocolate moss topped with crunchy quinoa and accompanied with lucuma ice cream. Interesting array of pisco-spiked cocktails and wines by the glass.
