THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Marinette Restaurant Review:

Step off of Steiner Street and into Paris at Marinette. From the chalkboard menus to the yellow and red motif to the smell of croissants, pain au chocolate and crusty bread, this good-sized café and bakery, a sister shop to Boulangerie du Polk, sells all things French. A long deli case shows of both the sweet and savory delights ordered cafeteria-style and taken back to one of the many tables inside the generous room. Open-face tartine sandwiches are the signature dish and arrive straight from the broiler with a layer of melted cheese strapping in other ingredients. Baguette sandwiches are also good and easier to take out and nibble on while strolling down Chestnut Street.
