Whether you want to enjoy a bite from the pâtisserie, the boulangerie or the salumeria, Market at EDITION from chef Jean-Georges Vongerichten caters to every type of craving and palate. Overlooking Collins Avenue and nestled inside the swank The Miami Beach EDITION, the restaurant serves breakfast, lunch and dinner to hotel guests and also plenty of locals who can't resist the colossal cinnamon rolls and guava and cream cheese donuts. Breakfast features huevos rancheros, eggs Benedict and a quiche of day. That's in addition to the usual suspects like french toast with banana and maple syrup and smoked salmon and avocado toasts. For lunch and dinner, a cornucopia of offerings ranging from pizza and pasta to raw bar items and entrées are up for grabs. Though mostly everything on the menu is well prepared and tasty, it comes at a price, with pizzas starting at $16 and going up to the mid-twenties. It should be noted that Market turns out what's quite possibly the best carrot cake in Miami.
