THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Martha's Pastries Restaurant Review:

If you aren't looking for Martha's you're going to miss it. Only a simple "pastry shoppe" sign adorns the front of this tiny shop next to a huge Safeway, but once you find it you're likely to return. Only butter and canola oil are used in the baking, no hydrogenated oils. Cinnamon bread is the best on the Peninsula, spongy, rich with butter and covered in sticky cinnamon sauce, with or without nuts. Lemon squares and rugula are also highlights. Coffee, tea and steamed milk are available for an alternative to nearby Starbucks.
