Part of a national chain of casual restaurants, this branch is located in the heart of downtown, amidst office buildings, department stores and theaters. Service is cheerful amid a décor that couples dark wood with city and sports memorabilia. The long, eclectic menu offers affordable options for every taste---from tortilla soup and black bean roll-ups to healthful salads and the Laredo Steak with "cactus herbed butter." There’s an impressive array of hamburgers, made with fresh ground beef, including the nine-topping “garbage burger,” and the fish selection is widely expanded. The signature ice cream bar lets you concoct your own sundaes, and we also recommend the cookies---chocolate chip, white macadamia nut. The wine list is limited. Most guests choose beer and Coke.
