This large, attractive restaurant on Clerken-well Green opened just as the area got into its stride as one of the hippest places in London, a dubious award since the trendiness has moved eastwards and into Hoxton and Shoreditch. But Medina’s has gone on serving good, traditional pizzas at reasonable prices (around £6), satisfying the local business community as well as clubbers and ravers from the nearby warehouse buildings.
