In Kentlands, this rather large establishment offers a medley of Mediterranean dishes interspersed with a number of offerings---grilled cheese, a classic Reuben, Caesar salad---that are more American mainstream than Lebanese. Go for the combination meze platter with hummus, tabbouleh, kibbeh, meat sambousek (dumplings), and stuffed grape leaves for a cross section of some regional specialties, all satisfying and well-prepared. The trick here is to stick to what the cook knows best: Mediterranean food, and skip the American come-ons.
