Amarind's Restaurant Review:
Former Arun’s chef Rangsan Sutcharit serves attractively presented dishes at affordable prices in a castle-like building that's decorated with Thai artwork. Fluted pastry cups brim with minced shrimp and vegetables encircling a carved-beet rose; plump dumplings arrive over crispy fried garlic; and fried red snapper comes with a red chili sauce infused with chopped fresh jalapeños for extra heat. Noodle dishes like pad thai and pad see ewe don’t disappoint. Try the yucca-potato custard to finish.
