Dan Bacin opened the first Bacino’s decades ago on Lincoln Avenue, and now the go-to spot for classic Chicago stuffed pizza has two locations. The pizza parlor focuses on quality mozzarella, fresh vegetables and house-made pizza sauce. The spinach supreme, a highlight, has four types of cheese, while Bacino’s special layers sausage, mushrooms, green peppers and onions. Lighter pizza eaters might appreciate the thin-crust version. Rustic lasagnas and meatball subs are available.
