The Moroccan and French menu features dishes from both countries and some that reflect a blending of the two culinary styles. Among the former are appetizers of duck confit with roasted beets and lentils in a balsamic vinaigrette and sinewy chopped crab seasoned with assorted Moroccan spices, along with classic main courses of meat and seafood brochettes, and tagines of slow-cooked seasoned rice with fish, meat and vegetable combinations. For French-inspired choices, choose the hanger steak cooked in a red wine sauce and served with french fries, or opt for the duck breast flavored with honey and complemented by seasonal vegetables. Desserts include crème brûlée, a light and airy chocolate soufflé, and pastilla au lait.
