Bleu Restaurant Review:

Dressed up in multiple hues of its namesake color, Bleu is a bold French bistro with a bit of a modern, American flair. The restaurant offers the kind of simple fare you might expect to find in Paris or Dijon, as well as a few innovative twists on the classics. Chef-owner Frederic Feufeu trained in Brittany, then honed his skills in London and New York before settling on the Cape. Offering lunch and dinner year-round, Feufeu's menus specialize in standards like escargots, moules and rillettes. But there are also lighter and less traditional choices like sesame seared ahi and sea scallops with a maple grapefruit glaze and jasmine rice. Fun desserts include hot chocolate truffle cake with vanilla bean ice cream and caramel Arborio rice pudding. The wine list is fairly small but offers several nice Californian and French options.
