Blue Water Grill is located in a former bank building in Union Square. The kitchen crafts an almost exclusive seafood menu. Lobster claws its way into bisque. Or order it live and then bid it 'adieu' for a grilled, broiled or steamed send off. The mollusk is even lobbed between brioche slices at lunch. Offerings at the raw bar beckon, too. Before or after you get to all of this, be it at the bar or the mezzanine, break the ice with an old acquaintance over a Cantaloupe Cosmopolitan or the Hibiscus Fruit Punch. Come for Sunday brunch and the eggs Benedict.
