Blue Water Seafood's printed menu lists pretty much every popular American fish and shellfish preparation known to man, from calamari to oysters on the half shell, lobster bisque and fried New Bedford flounder. Start dinner with a crowd-pleasing lobster roll, then order one of the house specials such as North Atlantic swordfish, fiery with a pepper crust napped with a port wine reduction and accompanied by crispy onions, a mélange of julienne vegetables and oven-roasted potatoes. Desserts tend to be mundane. Patrons who enjoy the fish can take home the catch-of-the-day from a small but very good seafood market on their way out.
