Although Bonefish Grill is a chain, this seafood emporium is not a weak link. A wide variety of fresh fish is offered each evening, with a standard line-up of sauces (think classic lemon butter) to enable diners to customize an entrée. Grilled filets arrive at the table caramelized on the outside, tender and slightly translucent inside. Although the restaurant is known for its grilled fish selection, the chain also offers sautéed and baked dishes. Don't miss the Bang Bang Shrimp, sweet Gulf shrimp enfolded in a tangy sauce, one of the star offerings. Landlubber favorites include chicken, pasta, wood-roasted vegetables, pork chops and filet mignon. For dessert, target the Key lime pie.
