On The Border Restaurant Review:
On The Border doesn’t push the suburban Mexican chain eatery into any new territory, either in décor or cuisine, but the quality is very reliable. The fresh guacamole marries well with the warm, salty and addictive corn chips fresh from the fryer, and tortillas are hand-pressed and made throughout the day. Fajitas, made with meats and vegetables grilled over mesquite wood, are the main attraction, with specialties like chicken topped with bacon, cheese and ranch dressing. The Mexican chicken Caesar, with jalapeño-spiked dressing, could be spicier, but is a quite satisfying salad. Wash it all down with a Dos Equis or margarita, then finish with the brownie sundae or sopapillas (fluffy pastries) drizzled with honey or chocolate sauce. Other locations.
