The name of this health-oriented, casual restaurant comes from the 56 salads on the menu. Whether you're a vegetarian or a carnivore, prefer chicken or steak, like chickpeas or peppers, there's a salad for you (and everyone you know). Try the Greek Interlude, made with sliced red onion, grape tomatoes, cucumber and black and kalamata olives. It’s topped with a hearty serving of feta cheese, too. In addition to the salads, you can also get soups, noodles, chili and wraps.
