Cafe Sole Restaurant Review:

Chef-owner John Correa heads this quaint hideaway with a covered patio and cozy tables illuminated by candlelight for a romantic ambience. Lobster bisque has depth and texture with bits of lobster meat in the rich, creamy purée. Other specialties include conch carpaccio with the tender marine mollusk shaved paper-thin and drizzled in olive oil with capers and diced red onions; and the pan-seared hog snapper filet with red pepper hollandaise. A dense Key lime pie topped with marshmallow may end the meal.
