California Pizza Kitchen (CPK) has been serving downtown Bellevue patrons since well before the Eastside became trendy. Just a block from the shopping and cinema areas at Bellevue and Lincoln Squares, it’s a popular option for a casual or family dinner. All three of the Seattle area CPK’s are well known for their quality pizzas and salads. A menu favorite is the BBQ chicken pizza. A hearty Waldorf salad is packed with apples, candied walnuts and Gorgonzola. Pizzas range from traditional meat and cheese varieties to a pie with spicy chipotle sauce topped with roasted corn and black bean salsa. Desserts may include red velvet cake and apple crisp. There’s a wallet-friendly kids' menu, too.
