The kitchen spotlights sustainable seafood. Start off with the CanoeHouse Sashimi composed of layers of truffle avocado, spicy ahi and slices of hamachi. Among the main dishes may be furikake crusted ono served with fern shoot salad, tempura green beans and ginger dressing or pulehu pork ribs with spicy soy, bacon pineapple baked beans and house citrus slaw. For dessert, you may encounter coconut mochi with sweet potato house-made ice cream. Keep in mind that CanoeHouse dishes change often.
