Cava Mezze Restaurant Review:
Cava Mezze has a trio of outposts in the metro area, one of which is this original location in Rockville. The menu offers tapas-style dishes for appetizers at lunch, and they comprise the entire menu for dinner --- all shareable and all very definitely Greek. Hummus is enticingly smooth, while the unique feta with jalapeño is for the brave at heart. Lamb sliders merit a return trip, as does the quirky and not-very-Greek dessert of challah french toast with whipped cream.
