THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED An unexpected surprise discovered at what is almost the end of Cedar Park Road, C'est Si Bon serves authentic French dishes in an elegant, old-world setting. The beautiful gardens, glittering chandeliers and crisp white linens seem a bit over the top --- more like a Hollywood version of a French castle with formal rooms and a solarium --- given the location. A creation of the French-born husband and wife team Norbert and Michéle Juhasz, the restaurant offers gracious hospitality and a sophisticated menu that are appreciated by Port Angeles residents and visitors alike.
