Perched right over the harbor, this branch of the popular national chain offers diners striking views. It otherwise resembles the many Chart House locations, and continues to serve decent American food in the form of starters like crab-stuffed mushrooms, an herb-steamed artichoke, and lobster and shrimp spring rolls with a citrus-chili dip. The clam chowder is favored by many, as is the bounteous salad bar. Prime rib and steaks are available, but this chain specializes in seafood, with choices like macadamia-crusted mahi mahi, a mixed seafood grill of salmon, scampi and a crab cake, and, of course, lobster tail. The chocolate lava cake topped with vanilla ice cream is the signature dessert, and there is a surprisingly varied selection of seafood-friendly wines.
