Chart House Restaurant Review:
The first Southland restaurant in what has become a national chain, the Redondo branch of the Chart House has been a community draw for more than three decades. Built over the ocean, it commands a spectacular view of the coastline. Business types from nearby corporations return nightly for simple steaks, seafood dishes and appetizers such as coconut-crusted shrimp. The chowder is thick with clams, and the salad bar is exceptional.
