This restaurant chain offers kitschy just-north-of-the-border décor, bright and vivid colors, and some good Mexican fare. We always judge by the chiles rellenos, and these are cheese-filled, batter-dipped, and best of all, reasonably priced --- that means ordering more than one. Not every dish, like the chicken Caesar salad, is totally Mexican, but there’s so much on the menu that you can pick your way through to a real fiesta.
