Chez Maman offers approachable French fare such as salade Niçoise, croques monsieur, and a notable burger topped with a choice of Roquefort, Brie or goat cheese. More sophisticated dishes, with sophisticated prices, round out the menu. Try the mussels, which arrive steaming marinière-style, or the moist pan-seared sea bass.
