Chili's Bar & Grill Restaurant Review:

I want my baby-back, baby-back, baby-back ribs. When you think of Chili's, you may think of ribs at this quintessential bar and grill. With its emphasis on alcoholic concoctions, appetizers and large entrées in a noisy setting, it doesn't offer too much more than what you'd expect. Not that the food is bad. Some of the dishes are actually pretty good. It’s easy to fill up on the chips and salsa, and crispy onion strings and fried jalapeños. Beyond the ribs for an entrée, our favorites are crispy chicken tacos with bacon and a honey-chipotle drizzle, and the margarita grilled chicken with black beans. For those watching their weight, the chain offers lighter choices like a Santa Fe chicken wrap and grilled salmon. The big mouth bites --- slider-size hamburgers with bacon and American cheese --- are also a good go-to. If you have room, the dessert to try is the molten chocolate cake --- simple and always tasty.
