Chili's Bar & Grill Restaurant Review:

Chili's is the quintessential bar and grill. With its emphasis on alcoholic concoctions, appetizers and large entrées in a noisy setting, it doesn't offer too much more than what you'd expect. Not that the food is bad. Some of the dishes are actually pretty good. Try the fajita trio with steak, shrimp and chicken; the California club sandwich on wheat Texas toast; or the slow-cooked beef chili. Chili's also has good salads (Cobb salad with avocado ranch) and tasty burgers --- the Big Mouth Bites, sliders with bacon and cheese, are even better than their full-size counterparts. For those watching their weight, the lighter choice mains are above average, as in a habanero-orange glazed sweet and spicy chicken. End on a decadent note with a chocolate chip paradise pie --- a hybrid chocolate chip cookie/brownie/sundae.
