THIS RESTAURANT IS CLOSED Coogan's Restaurant Review:

The bartenders at Coogan's are friendly and will often remember your name, but beyond the bar, a proper restaurant lies. The wine list is friendly and quite affordable; the beer line-up is a bit more extensive. Standard fried items are satisfying, if not a dime a dozen. Refreshingly for an Irish place, hummus is served --- and it's paired with freshly toasted pita chips brushed with olive oil. Entrées are better the more Irish they lean: shepherd's pie and fish ‘n’ chips will help add longevity to a night of drinking and they pair well with the beers on tap.
