Sporting a Nuevo Spanish Colonial décor, the big draw at Copa d’Oro is the presence of mixologist Vincenzo Marianella, formerly of Providence and The Doheny. Utilizing ingredients from the farmers market, he creates handcrafted cocktails such as the Sour Kraut (made with gin, Cointreau, orange marmalade, Dijon mustard and lemon juice) and Cherry Blossom (Cognac, St-Germain, lemon juice, Champagne and cherry Heering liqueur). A short menu of panini includes the ham and cheese with aïoli, PB & J, and warm Nutella and almond butter on pressed pan de mie.
