Daniel's Broiler Restaurant Review:

Wood, leather and a fireside library lounge give this restaurant a private club-like feel. While there’s more than one upscale steakhouse in Bellevue, only this one serves meals with a view and a place to watch the sun go down during happy hour. Located on the 21st floor of a downtown office tower, Daniel's quality cuisine is matched by high prices. Soups and salads include a steakhouse classic, the blue cheese-lettuce wedge, and rich lobster bisque. Prime grade and naturally-aged, every steak is seared in a 1,800-degree Fahrenheit broiler to seal in juices and natural flavors. Both the rib-eye and the New York strip, each weighing in at a hefty 16 ounces, are always a treat. The ten-ounce filet mignon is positively demure when compared to the 22-ounce porterhouse. Side dishes, such as baked potatoes and creamy spinach, are generously portioned and enough to share. The Valrhona chocolate cake or chocolate-dipped liqueur-filled strawberries make a sweet ending. Daniel’s wine list is extensive with a range of price points.
