Delhi Club Restaurant Review:

Fitting in to the Ballston-Clarendon young-and-restless scene, the Delhi Club is a corner site surrounded by loads of bars, coffee places and restaurants, but none are Indian, so this place stands out. It's small, dark and faintly suggestive of exotic India. While most of the dishes are the typical Indian fare, Delhi Club does take a different approach at lunchtime by acknowledging that most people eat on the run. Consequently, express lunches are offered in the form of take-away Indian salads and wraps composed of the main course items turned into speedy fare, such as the seekh kebab (charcoal-broiled, seasoned ground lamb wrapped with lettuce, tomato and onion). On weekends, patrons can take advantage of special thali meals, such as the shrimp thali and a dish of lamb vindaloo (far too tame for the real McCoy).
