The Dresden Menu

The Dresden Restaurant Review:

Carl and Sara Ferraro opened The Dresden back in 1954. In 1996, thanks to the premiere of “Swingers,” it became a cool hangout for a whole new generation. The menu continues to serve up old standards like shrimp cocktail, escargots and fried calamari. Entrées are highlighted by rainbow trout almandine, veal Parmigiana, Châteaubriand with béarnaise, and other retro favorites. Regulars, however, concentrate on the prime rib, available with or without the bone, and desserts such as peach melba. The dining room, complete with its startling white booths, is separated from the lounge, where red leather, crystal chandeliers and stiff martinis take you back a few decades.
