Edge Steakhouse offers a modern twist on the traditional steakhouse experience. Start with fresh seafood on ice, pork belly or steak sashimi. Expect to find Prime aged and Snake River Farms Wagyu beef with the option of accompaniments like Maine lobster tail and foie gras. In addition to Niman Ranch lamb and buffalo short ribs, a variety of hot seafood dishes and indulgent sides round out the menu.
